I love to write. Welcome to the all-new Bob Gunner.com. This is where you can find out about my published books, future projects and much more. I have been fortunate all my life to have made a living writing for the news media as well as fiction/non-fiction. It is my intention to make this website not only a showcase to visit for those interested in my work, but also as a resource for those who enjoy writing themselves to inspire them. I believe one should give back for all the wonderful experiences they have been given in their life, to teach and help guide the way of those who wish to succeed in their dreams. I hope something you read here will help you along the way. During my career, I have had some disappointments as well as some success. Being an entrepreneur, I have in the past created a business model or two and projects that were flawed and did not exactly succeed as I had planned. But one learns from such career and life experiences and through failure, positive attitude and re-evaluation, they have gone on to pursue new ways to do things. I was one of the first eBook publishers in the U.S. and have been recognized as such (See this article in The Guardian News for more about this: http://www.guardian.co.uk/books/2002/jan/03/ebooks.technology , and This article from EPIC: http://www.epicauthors.com/whocamefirst.html ), and now that eBook Readers have finally become priced where the consumer can purchase them and books reasonably, I will be re-launching my eBook and Print-On-Demand small press Cyber-Pulp Press at http://cyberpulpbooks.com in early 2010 to publish three books a year by invitation. My new media company; Fat Cat New Media Group, Inc. at: http://fatcatwebproductions.com also publishes an Online Hyperlocal Community News & Entertainment Magazine for The Woodlands, Spring, Conroe & North Houston, Texas. The Paper at: http://thepapermagazine.com is our flagship publication and in early 2010 we will be launching Your Online Publication at http://youronlinepublication.com a new subscription service to provide the tools for those interested in launching their own branded online newspaper or magazine. This will soon be followed by a content syndication service later in the year. I also try to work a full-time day job whenever possible, I feel lost unless I have one of those as well. So, you can see I have interests in many areas, and to me that's what life is all about.
